Grievance Redressal Cell
C.S.M.’s Arts and Commerce College Chakan have established Grievance Redressal Cell as per The MAHARASHTRA PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES ACT, 2016 section 56(2)(b). This cell is primarily established for the students to redressed their complaints and to suggest to the higher authorities different ways and means to minimize and prevent such grievances.
Objectives:
- 1. To ensure the smooth functioning of education system.
- 2. To ensure the transparency and effectiveness in education processes.
- 3. To guide and counsel the stakeholders for rights and responsibilities.
- 4. To aware students about code of conducts for stakeholders and various prohibitory acts.
- 5. To collect the grievances if any and resolve timely as per policy and procedure.
